Lufax Appoints Xiaodi Wang as Chief Compliance Officer
Lufax has appointed Ms. Xiaodi Wang as the Chief Compliance Officer of the company, with immediate effect. Xiaodi Wang joined Ping An Asset Management in September 2012 and currently serves as the general manager of the internal control and compliance department and board secretary. Prior to joining Ping An Asset Management, Wang had served as a compliance specialist at the compliance and internal audit department of AXA-SPDB Investment Managers from July 2009 to September 2012. She has served a specially appointed research fellow at the Lujiazui Institute of Financial Security since November 2024.
Lufax Names Xiang Ji as Co-CEO
Lufax Holding announced that it has appointed Xiang Ji as the Co-CEO of the Company and Tao Wu as the Executive Deputy General Manager and Chief Marketing Officer of the Company, with immediate effect. Xiang Ji possesses close to 20 years of cross-industry work experience in retail credit, risk management and investment management. Ji served at McKinsey & Consulting Company from February 2014 to September 2025, with his last position as Global Managing Partner overseeing Asia Retail Banking Business. From September 2007 to December 2012, Ji provided post-investment service and project management service to various institutions in the United Kingdom. Ji obtained a master's degree in business management from INSEAD in December 2013, a master's degree in telecommunication engineering from Politecnico Di Torino in June 2007, and a bachelor's degree in communication engineering from Beijing Information Science and Technology University in June 2005. Tao Wu has over 30 years of work experience in the financial insurance, automobile service and internet industries.

Lufax receives NYSE late filing notice
Lufax received a notice from the NYSE that, as the company has not timely filed its annual report on Form 20-F for 2024, the company is not fully in compliance the NYSE's continued listing standards at this time. The company will have until October 30 to file the annual report with the SEC and regain compliance with the NYSE's continued listing standards. If the company fails to file the annual report by October 30, 2025, the NYSE may grant the company an extension until April 30, 2026. If the NYSE does not grant an extension after the company fails to file the annual report by October 30, 2025, suspension and delisting procedures will commence. If the NYSE grants an extension but the company fails to file the annual report by the end of the extension period, suspension and delisting procedures will also commence. The company intends to regain compliance with the NYSE's continued listing standards by filing the annual report within the NYSE's prescribed timelines. The notice has no immediate impact on the company's ADSs on the NYSE. The company was unable to file the annual report by the prescribed due date due to the proposed change in the company's auditors. The company expects to file its 2024 annual report promptly after the new auditors have completed their audit of the financial statements required to be included.
