NYSE and Korea Exchange Sign MOU for Collaboration

The New York Stock Exchange, part of Intercontinental Exchange, and Korea Exchange, the sole securities exchange operator in the Republic of Korea, signed a memorandum of understanding to collaborate on a number of key business activities aimed at expanding access to global capital markets. The exchanges may establish a NYSE-KRX Joint Collaboration Council to support the effective implementation of the memorandum's goals.

NYSE Opens Headquarters in Dallas, Texas

The New York Stock Exchange, part of Intercontinental Exchange, announced the opening of the NYSE Texas headquarters in Dallas, located on the historic Old Parkland campus. "Texas is home to more Fortune 500 company headquarters than any other U.S. state, and the establishment of NYSE Texas reflects our deep commitment to the businesses and leaders driving the robust Texas economy forward," said Lynn Martin, President, NYSE Group. "This headquarters is where our commitment to the state becomes concrete as a dedicated home for the innovators who are shaping the future."
