Reports Q2 revenue RMB 1.74B, consensus RMB 1.77B. Junhong Huang, acting CEO of Huya, commented, "Huya's strategic transformation gained further traction in the second quarter of 2026. Total net revenues reached RMB1.74 billion, up 11.0% year-over-year, while game-related services, advertising, and other revenues increased 54.1% year-over-year to RMB637.9 million and represented 36.7% of total net revenues."
Company Board Approves Increase in Repurchase Amount to $100M
The company's board of directors authorized an increase of $50M to the authorized repurchase amount under the company's existing share repurchase program originally adopted on March 18. Following such increase, the total authorized repurchase amount under the 2026 share repurchase program is $100M. As of June 30, the company had repurchased 3.2M ADSs under the 2026 share repurchase program for an aggregate consideration of $7.6M.
