Fortive Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of 7 Cents per Share
Fortive announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 7c per share of its common stock, par value 1c per share, payable on September 25, 2026 to common stockholders of record on September 4, 2026. This declared dividend represents an increase of 16.7% over the prior quarterly dividend.
Fortive's Accruent Forms Strategic Partnership with PowerX
Accruent, an operating company of Fortive, announced a new strategic partnership with PowerX, a telecom infrastructure intelligence company helping operators monitor and manage energy and tower performance across distributed site portfolios. Through the partnership, Accruent and PowerX will connect PowerX's AI-driven energy intelligence and data science capabilities with Accruent Siterra's site, asset and workflow management platform.

Fortive Acquires Majority Stake in UV Smart
Advanced Sterilization Products, part of the Infection Prevention group of companies within Fortive, announced it has acquired a majority share of UV Smart, a High Level Disinfection technology company in Europe. UV Smart is renowned for its UV-C High Level Disinfection technology that enables faster, safer and lower-cost HLD for specialty scopes.
Fortive Approves Increase in Share Repurchase Program to 20 Million Shares
Fortive approved an increase in the number of shares of Fortive's common stock authorized under its general share repurchase program with the total number of shares remaining available for repurchase under the General Share Repurchase Program following such increase equal to 20 million shares, including shares that were available prior to such increase. The shares available for repurchase under the General Share Repurchase Program are in addition to approximately $66.7M available under the $550M special purpose share repurchase program previously adopted by Fortive's Board of Directors under which Fortive may repurchase shares of Fortive common stock exclusively from the proceeds of the cash dividend and any other cash received by Fortive from Ralliant in connection with the separation of Ralliant completed on June 28, 2025. The repurchase programs have no expiration date and do not obligate Fortive to acquire any particular amount of shares, and may be suspended or discontinued at any time.
