Farmers National Banc Corp Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of 18 Cents per Share

On August 25, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Farmers National Banc Corp. declared a quarterly cash dividend of 18c per share. The common stock cash dividend will have a record date of September 11, 2026 and is payable to shareholders on September 30, 2026. The 18c per share dividend represents a 1c per share, or 5.6% increase from the second-quarter of 2026 dividend payment.

Kevin Helmick Reports $175 Million in Q2 Commercial Fundings

Farmers Completes Middlefield Acquisition, Strong Start to 2026

Kevin Helmick, President and CEO, stated: "Farmers is off to a solid start in 2026, highlighted by the successful completion of the Middlefield acquisition and continued strength across our core Ohio and Pennsylvania markets.
