First Mid Reports Q2 Tangible Book Value Per Share of $31.15

Reports Q2 tangible book value per share $31.15. "First Mid delivered strong results for the period, highlighted by a record high quarter of earnings and a successful integration with Two Rivers. Despite the nonrecurring expenses tied to the integration, we grew our tangible book value at a solid pace and continued to deploy capital to build long-term shareholder value through opportunistic share repurchases, increasing our dividend, and paying off higher cost subordinated debt. The employees and customers of Two Rivers have embraced us like no other and I am really excited about our future," said Matthew Smith, Chief Executive Officer.
