Expand Energy Appoints Daniel Brown as New CEO

Expand Energy (EXE) announced that its board has appointed Daniel Brown as president and CEO, effective October 26. Brown will also be appointed to the board. Michael Wichterich, who has served as interim president and CEO since February, will return to his role as non-executive chairman of the board. Brown joins Expand Energy following a successful tenure as president, CEO and member of the board of directors of Chord Energy (CHRD).
