Evolus Enters Agreement with Private Company, Invests $1.5M in Hair Restoration Treatment
Evolus announced that it has entered into an option agreement with a privately held company developing a novel, procedure-based, sustained-release injectable treatment for hair restoration. The agreement advances Evolus' business development strategy by adding a potential new category that is complementary to its existing injectable aesthetics portfolio. Under the agreement, Evolus will make an initial option payment of $1.5M, with additional modest, stage-gated option payments tied to the achievement of program milestones. Evolus will also contribute its expertise to support the development and an initial clinical proof-of-concept study. Under the agreement, Evolus will have the option, but not the obligation, to acquire 100% of the assets related to the program. The program will have no impact on the Company's previously communicated revenue or profitability outlook.

Evolus Launches Wings Charitable Platform to Support Cancer Patients
Evolus announced the launch of Wings by Evolus, a new charitable platform designed to bring together aesthetic practices, providers, and patients to support organizations and causes that positively impact their communities. The first Wings by Evolus initiative will launch in October in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month in support of Look Good Feel Better, a global cancer support program dedicated to helping people manage the appearance-related effects of cancer treatment and restore confidence through free beauty-focused workshops and resources. The initiative reflects a shared belief in the importance of confidence and provides an opportunity for the Evolus community to support people affected by cancer.
Telix Pharmaceuticals Appoints David Gill as Chair of the Board
Telix Pharmaceuticals (TLX) announced that David Gill has been appointed Chair of the Board, effective immediately. Gill joined Telix as a Non-Executive Director in May 2026 as part of the Company's Board expansion and succession planning1, with the intention that he would be appointed Chair in due course. He succeeds Dr. Mark Nelson, who has served as interim Chair and will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director. Gill is a life sciences executive with over 35 years' experience in senior general management and financial leadership roles across commercial and clinical-stage biopharmaceutical (including radiopharmaceutical development, manufacturing and supply chain) and medical device companies. He currently serves on the boards of Evolus, Inc. (EOLS), Allucent LLC, Bridge to Life Ltd, RapidPulse Inc., and huMannity Medtec.
