Enerflex Q2 Revenue at $582M, Down from $615M Last Year

Reports Q2 revenue $582M vs. $615M last year. Paul Mahoney, Enerflex's President and Chief Executive Officer stated: "Enerflex delivered another quarter of solid operational performance, reflecting disciplined execution and our focus on operational excellence. Results continue to be underpinned by our Energy Infrastructure and After-Market Services business lines, and the Engineered Systems business maintained strong commercial momentum. Strong bookings has translated into increasing visibility for our ES business, with a book to bill ratio of 1.5 times during the first half of 2026 and our forward visibility for ES revenue increasing to $1.5 billion, the highest level in Enerflex's history."

Enerflex Reports Q1 Revenue of $584M

Reports Q1 revenue $584M vs. $552M last year. CEO Paul Mahoney stated: "Enerflex delivered solid operational performance in Q1 of 2026, reflecting continued disciplined execution across our global footprint as well as ongoing efforts to optimize and streamline our business...We continue to see steady demand in our core markets, underpinned by increasing natural gas and liquids production volumes. We are also advancing strategic opportunities in emerging power generation markets, including data center-related projects and other distributed power applications, with our current scope of opportunities now exceeding 5 GW. In the Middle East, our focus remains on ensuring the safety of our people and reliability of the company's operations. Enerflex owned infrastructure is integral to the reliable operation of regional energy systems and we continue to work closely with our client partners to navigate a dynamic situation." CFO Preet Dhindsa added: "Enerflex generated solid financial results in Q1, which included improvement in both gross margin and cash conversion. We are on track with our 2026 capital plan and continue to allocate capital in a balanced manner across growth investments, shareholder returns and managing our financial position."

Enerflex Reports Q4 Revenue of $627M

Reports Q4 revenue $627M vs. $561M last year. Paul Mahoney, CEO, stated: "Strong fourth quarter operational and financial results cap off an excellent year for Enerflex, a testament to the resilience, commitment, and deep knowledge of our global team. The Energy Infrastructure and After-Market Services business lines continue to be the foundation of our results and contributed 65% of our gross margin before depreciation and amortization during 2025, consistent with our initial guidance. The Engineered Systems business line continued to demonstrate strong project execution and visibility for this business line remains solid, supported by a $1.1 billion backlog at the end of Q4/25 and healthy bidding prospects. Over the course of 2025, we continued to advance our business and took meaningful steps to enhance long-term shareholder value. While there remains important work ahead to fully realize our ambitions, I am encouraged by the momentum across our global operations and am confident in our ability to build on this foundation during 2026."
