Ducommun Reports Q2 Revenue of $224.5M, Beating Expectations

Reports Q2 revenue $224.5M, consensus $214.32M. "An outstanding second quarter and first half of 2026 for Ducommun. I could not be happier. Our team continued to make great progress towards our VISION 2027 goals with another record for revenue and gross margin during the second quarter. Net revenue grew by double digits at 12%, led by the continued ramp in commercial aerospace, along with solid gains in our defense business," said Stephen Oswald, chairman, president and chief executive officer. "Significant growth on single-aisle aircraft including the Boeing 737 MAX and the Airbus A320 drove 16% year-over-year increase as our commercial aerospace business ramps up and DCO continues to build upon the strong momentum from the first quarter. Ducommun's defense business saw significant growth once again across our missile franchise and particularly on the PAC-3 and SM-6 missile platforms, along with growth on fixed-wing aircraft platforms notably the F-15, partially offset by temporal weakness on radar, space and naval programs. The 1.4x book-to-bill was also an impressive performance in the quarter and dramatically better than Q2 2025.

Ducommun Reports Q1 Revenue of $209M, Beating Expectations

Reports Q1 revenue $209, consensus $199.82M. "An excellent quarter and strong start to 2026 for Ducommun. Our team continued to make great progress towards our VISION 2027 goals with another record for revenue during the first quarter along with strong gross margin and Adjusted EBITDA margins. Net revenue grew a very healthy 9%, led by strength in commercial aerospace which we have been waiting for, along with gains in our defense business," said Stephen G. Oswald, chairman, president and chief executive officer. "Significant growth in single-aisle demand for Airbus A220, A320, and Boeing 737 MAX along with commercial rotorcraft resulted in 18% year-over-year growth in our commercial aerospace business which was a very nice rebound. Ducommun's defense business saw growth yet again with our missile franchise specifically the Patriot missile platform being a highlight along with good growth on fixed-wing aircraft platforms including the F35 and the F-15."

Company Achieves Record Revenue of $825 Million in 2025

Reports Q4 revenue $215.8M, consensus $217.32M. "We continued to make excellent progress to close out year three of our five year VISION 2027 with gross margin and Adjusted EBITDA margins at record levels along with Engineered Products at 23% of our revenue mix. In addition, I am very happy to report that in 2025, the company set a new record for revenue for the third consecutive year, exceeding $800 million for the first time, and getting to $825 million for 2025. In Q4, net revenue grew 9.4% to a new quarterly record of $215.8 million, led by our military and space business," said Stephen Oswald, chairman, president and CEO. "Our defense business was fueled by growth in DCO's missiles platforms, fixed-wing aircraft and rotorcraft platforms. Book-to-bill remained strong during the quarter at 1.3x with orders from missile components driving bookings. With the Department of War's focus on ramping up production and long-term agreements now in place with RTX, our largest customer and Lockheed, we expect our missile franchise to continue to gain strength in 2026 and beyond."
