Change Agents Corporation announced that it will implement a 1-for-20 reverse stock split of its issued common stock, par value $0.0001, effective at 4:01 p.m. Eastern Time on August 28. The company's common stock is expected to begin trading on a split-adjusted basis when the market opens on August 31 and continue to trade on Nasdaq. The primary goal of the reverse stock split is to increase the per share market price of the common stock to regain compliance with the minimum $1.00 per share bid price requirement set forth in Nasdaq's listing rules for continued listing on the Nasdaq.
