Company Reports Q3 Revenue of $87.79M, Exceeds Expectations

Reports Q3 revenue $87.79M, consensus $87.76M. "Earnings of $2.69 per diluted share for the first nine months of 2026 were a record for the Corporation versus comparable periods in any prior years, as we sustained positive operating performance in the third quarter consistent with the first half of 2026," stated Michael Peduzzi, president and CEO of both the corporation and CNB Bank. "The expanded revenue base and operating efficiencies realized as a result of the ESSA acquisition in July 2025 have added to the continuing solid performance in our legacy banking divisions across our four-state footprint. We continue to realize qualitative growth from both new and expanded relationships in lending and treasury management activities, and see a sound loan production pipeline and both retail and treasury management deposit growth opportunities entering the fourth quarter. Despite the headwinds of an increased yield curve contributing to increased temporary after-tax unrealized losses on our available-for-sale investment portfolio, we continue to have sustained post-dividend retained earnings to favorably accrete tangible book value as we strive to achieve an acceleration of the post-acquisition earn-back period when compared to our pre-merger model projections. We remain well-positioned from an interest rate risk management position to sustain a positive net interest margin in the current changing interest rate environment. Complementing our core operating activities, we also implemented a tax management strategy to purchase renewable energy tax credits at a discount, and apply them to reduce our income tax expense. Importantly, all of these activities are conducted upon an operating foundation reflecting our ongoing commitment to disciplined underwriting, enterprise risk management and sound controls, and effective but well-secured use of expanded technological capabilities. We are pleased with our current financial position and our sustained earnings momentum."

CNB Bank Reports Q2 Revenue of $87.65M, Exceeds Expectations

Reports Q2 revenue $87.65M, consensus $75.03M. Reports Q2 tangible book value per share $24.73. Michael Peduzzi, President and CEO of both the Corporation and CNB Bank, stated, "Our second quarter earnings and financial position reflect several positive developments for CNB, and position us well for the future. In managing our capital and debt structure, during the second quarter, we called $50 million of subordinated debt that was going to reprice at a higher interest rate to the Corporation. Given our success in recent years in building a stronger common equity base with the combination of sound and increasing retained earnings, a common capital raise, and acquisition activities, we were well positioned to complete this substantial and cost-beneficial redemption without compromising our regulatory capital strength. Also during the quarter, we experienced favorable net growth and increased production momentum in our commercial loan portfolio, adding new relationships and expanding borrowing positions with qualitative customers in an increasingly competitive lending environment. This favorable commercial customer production, which more than offset some headwinds from increased loan prepayments, paralleled continued relationship growth in our Treasury Management activities. These volume increases in some of our core net interest income components were complemented by a favorable net interest margin, supported by a continued realized reduction in our average cost of funds. We continue to see both a sound loan pipeline and both commercial and retail deposit generation opportunities for further growth as we enter the third quarter."
