Commercial Bank Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of 12 Cents per Share
Commercial Bancgroup that the board of directors of Commercial declared a quarterly cash dividend of 12c per share of Commercial common stock payable on September 30 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 15. This cash dividend represents a 2c, or 20.0%, increase over the 10c cash dividend paid during the second quarter of 2026.

Q1 Net Interest Margin Decreases to 3.88%
Reports Q1 net interest margin 3.88%, down 13 basis points from 4Q25. Tangible book value per share increased 62c, or 12.4% annualized, to $20.60 at March 31, 2026 from $19.98 at previous quarter end. Common equity tier 1 ratio was 14.73% from 14.99% at previous quarter end.
Commercial Authorizes Stock Repurchase Plan Up to $10M
Commercial announced that the Board authorized a stock repurchase plan pursuant to which Commercial may repurchase, from time to time, up to an aggregate of $10M of its outstanding common stock. The 2026 Repurchase Program will expire on April 30, 2027, unless extended by the Board.
