Bridger Aerospac Secures $58M Contract
Bridger Aerospac announced it has secured a $58M contract with Texas A&M Forest Service to acquire, modify, and deliver three King Air 360 multi-mission aircraft as the foundation of their wildfire aviation program, delivered over the course of the next three years.
Bridger Aerospace Awarded Task Order by U.S. Department of the Interior
Bridger Aerospace announced it has been awarded a task order by the U.S. Department of the Interior to deploy a King Air 350 equipped with Bridger's most advanced Multi-Mission Aircraft capabilities. Following months of extensive modifications completed at Bridger's FAA-certified repair station, supported by the engineering expertise of the company's Huntsville team, the aircraft has been deployed under a 112-day task order to provide advanced situational awareness in support of wildfire and other emergency operations across the United States.
Bridger Aerospace Secures 320-Day Task Orders from US Forest Service
Bridger Aerospace Group Holdings has received two separate 160-day task orders from the US Forest Service, each for two of its CL-415EAF "Super Scooper" aircraft. The first task order started Friday, May 8, the day the order was received, with the second task order ensuring coverage into the fourth quarter of 2026. The task orders add 40 days per aircraft over last year's 120 guaranteed flying days, a total of 160 days for the four Super Scoopers. Task orders represent at least $30M in Standby Revenue for 2026.

"Looking ahead, early indicators point to elevated wildfire risk, driven by historically low snowpack in the West and widespread drought conditions across much of the country. We believe these dynamics have yet to fully manifest, as fuel build-up and fire severity continue to develop. March was the warmest on record in the U.S. in 132 years, underscoring the urgency of the environment we are operating in. Against this backdrop, Bridger stands ready to protect lives, property, and the environment."
Bridger Aerospace Appoints Justin Mogford as General Counsel
Bridger Aerospace announced the appointment of Justin Mogford as general counsel and corporate secretary, effective in April. Mogford will replace James Muchmore, who is stepping down. Mogford will lead the company's legal, compliance, and governance functions.
