AdvanSix Reports Q2 Revenue of $421.28M
Reports Q2 revenue $421.28M vs. $410.02M last year. Our resilient second quarter results reflected a significant sequential improvement in earnings and cash flow amid what remains a highly dynamic macro environment, particularly in Plant Nutrients," said Erin Kane, president and CEO of AdvanSix. "We generated 3% sales growth year-over-year as our commercial teams continued to leverage both formula and market-based pricing mechanisms to offset inflationary raw material costs. Sales volume in the quarter fell short of expectations due to a decline in ammonium sulfate as the spring planting season was challenged by farmer profitability and resulting fertilizer consumption overall. Nylon Solutions and Chemical Intermediates both performed at or better than expectations as we continue to navigate a subdued industrial end market demand environment. We have a demonstrated track record of successfully performing through a multitude of environments and remain confident in our ability to deliver long-term value."
AdvanSix Reports Q1 Revenue of $404.18M
Reports Q1 revenue $404.18M vs. $377.79M. "The AdvanSix team delivered a solid first quarter performance consistent with our expectations while navigating a number of headwinds, including the early quarter winter storm-related impacts and new geopolitical challenges amid continued subdued industrial end market demand," said Erin Kane, president and CEO of AdvanSix. "We generated 7% sales growth year-over-year, supported by improvements in Chemical Intermediates volume and Plant Nutrients market pricing, partially offsetting the margin impacts driven by increased sulfur and natural gas costs. We remain well positioned to serve our customers across our diversified portfolio including fertilizer as the domestic planting season progresses, in chemical intermediates amid a tightening acetone global supply and demand environment, and across a modestly recovering nylon industry supporting expected meaningful sequential performance improvement into the second quarter."

AdvanSix Reports Q4 Revenue of $359.95M
Reports Q4 revenue $359.95M vs. $329.06M last year. "The AdvanSix team executed well to close out 2025. We delivered full year Adjusted EBITDA of $157 million and generated positive free cash flow in a year characterized by continued cyclical trough market conditions for Nylon Solutions, robust Plant Nutrients supply and demand fundamentals amid a higher raw material input cost environment, and mixed Chemical Intermediates industry conditions with lower net pricing as anticipated," said Erin Kane, president and CEO of AdvanSix. "We generated these results while successfully executing our planned plant turnarounds, delivering record annual production across both of our key ammonia and sulfuric acid unit operations, funding key growth and enterprise initiatives including our SUSTAIN program, claiming additional 45Q carbon capture tax credits, receiving final settlement proceeds related to the 2019 PES supplier shutdown claim, preserving our competitive dividend and maintaining conservative debt leverage levels."
