Reports Q2 revenue $91.97M vs $81.09M last year. G. We continued to demonstrate expense discipline, achieving a third consecutive quarter of year over year improvement in the expense ratio. Despite a competitive market environment, we believe our targeted focus on high hazard industries continues to create meaningful opportunities for profitable growth and attractive returns on equity. AMERISAFE Appoints Guillermo A. Ramos as CFO
AMERISAFE announced that Guillermo A. Ramos will become the Company's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective May 7, 2026. Mr. Ramos is currently the Head of Finance Strategy and formerly Senior Vice President for Hiscox US. Previously, he served as Vice President, Global Consumer Solutions for Equifax and as the Senior Financial Officer, FP&A International.
AMERISAFE Reports Q4 Revenue of $81.6M
Reports Q4 revenue $81.6M vs $74.03M last year. G. Janelle Frost, President and Chief Executive Officer, noted, "The AMERISAFE team has successfully grown premium over the last seven quarters, despite the headwinds of rate declines and heavy competition. Countering the growth, higher-than-anticipated loss severity emerged in the fourth quarter; as such, we increased our current accident year loss ratio to 72.0% from 71.0% estimated through the first three quarters of 2025. We maintained a strong annual combined ratio of 91.3% and return on average equity of 18.5%. Through both hard and soft markets, we remain squarely focused on profitable underwriting through excellent safety services, diligent risk selection, appropriate product pricing, and personalized claims management."
Amerisafe Increases Quarterly Dividend by 5.1% to $0.41
Amerisafe announced that its Board of Directors has increased the quarterly dividend by 5.1%, from $0.39 to $0.41 per share. The Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.41 per share, payable on March 20, 2026, to shareholders of record as of March 13, 2026.
