Armada Hoffler Renamed to AH Realty Trust
Armada Hoffler announced that it is launching the Company under a new name, AH Realty Trust, reflecting a "company-wide transformation that fundamentally repositions the business and establishes a bold new strategic direction," the company said. Following a year-long examination of the organization, the Company has rebuilt its strategy, operating model, and capital allocation priorities to create a "leaner, more disciplined, and durable platform explicitly designed to strengthen the balance sheet and establish a foundation for future growth to drive long-term shareholder value," the company added. The Company has entered into a letter of intent with a global real estate investment management firm for the potential sale of 11 of the 14 multifamily assets in its portfolio, following a strategic and targeted process that generated strong interest from multiple qualified parties. In addition, the Company is under letters of intent relating to the potential sale of its construction business and a majority of its real estate financing platform investments. While the Company continues to take a disciplined and prudent approach, meaningful progress has been made to date, supporting the Company's expectation that these transactions will be completed during 2026. The Company intends to provide updates as definitive agreements are executed and transactions are completed.

Armada Hoffler acquires full ownership of Allied Harbor Point
Armada Hoffler announced it has reached an agreement with its joint venture partner, Beatty Development Group, to acquire full ownership and control of Allied Harbor Point, a 312-unit multifamily asset located in Harbor Point Baltimore. The transaction aligns with the company's strategic initiative to simplify its business, create synergies with existing assets and enhance long-term value. Under the terms of the agreement, Armada Hoffler will acquire the partner's minority interest in the property, transitioning from joint venture ownership to sole ownership. The acquisition is expected to close in June, subject to customary closing conditions. "This agreement reflects our ongoing commitment to streamline our operations and concentrate on wholly owned assets located in best-in-market mixed use environments," said Shawn Tibbetts, Chief Executive Officer and President of Armada Hoffler. "Taking full ownership of this high-quality, new multifamily asset enhances our portfolio quality and gives us 100% control and flexibility moving forward."

Armada Hoffler announced the execution of three new office leases totaling approximately 20,000 square feet at The Interlock, one of Atlanta's premier mixed-use developments. The company finalized lease agreements with private equity firm Directional Capital, digital marketing firm Look Listen, and law firm Levy, Sibley, Foreman & Speir, LLC.
