Vor Bio TELIGAN Trial Shows Telitacicept Significantly Improves Kidney Function
Vor Bio announced final two-year results from the Phase 3 TELIGAN trial evaluating telitacicept in adults with IgA nephropathy, conducted in China by its collaborator, RemeGen. TELIGAN met the Stage B primary endpoint, demonstrating a statistically significant difference in annualized estimated glomerular filtration rate, or eGFR, slope through 104 weeks compared with placebo. The data were presented today at the American Society of Nephrology Kidney Week 2026 in Denver. Annualized eGFR slope through 104 weeks was -0.6 for telitacicept versus -5.7 for placebo, representing a between-group difference of 5.1. Telitacicept was associated with an 89% lower risk of confirmed 30% or greater eGFR decline and an 81% lower risk of confirmed 40% or greater eGFR decline relative to placebo. At Week 104, 24-hour urine protein-to-creatinine ratio decreased 60.3% from baseline in the telitacicept group compared with a 0.9% increase in the placebo group. Serious adverse events occurred in 8.2% of telitacicept-treated patients versus 18.2% of placebo-treated patients. "At 104 weeks, TELIGAN demonstrated a substantial reduction in proteinuria and important evidence of durable kidney protection," said Jean-Paul Kress, chairman and CEO.
Vor Bio Announces New Analysis Results from Phase 3 Trial in China
Vor Bio (VOR) announced a new post hoc analysis from the Phase 3 trial conducted in China by its collaborator, RemeGen (REGMF), evaluating telitacicept in adults with generalized myasthenia gravis. The findings were presented in an oral presentation during the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America Scientific Session at the 2026 American Association of Neuromuscular & Electrodiagnostic Medicine Annual Meeting in Orlando, Florida. Key Findings from the Post Hoc 48-week Analysis: Among participants who reached MSE, 86.7% of MSE events were sustained at the next monthly assessment. More than half of participants with baseline MG-ADL scores of 6-8 and 9-10 achieved MSE during the 48-week study. MG-ADL responses continued to deepen from Week 24 through Week 48, with increasingly stringent response thresholds achieved over time and MG-ADL improvements of up to 13 points observed at Week 48. The probability of achieving MSE at any time over the 48-week study was approximately 42% among participants treated with telitacicept. Telitacicept was generally well tolerated through 48 weeks with no new safety signals observed, consistent with the previously reported safety profile from the study.
