Board Approves New $400M Stock Repurchase Program
The Board of Directors authorized a new stock repurchase program of up to $400M of the company's issued and outstanding common stock. The new program will replace the company's existing stock repurchase program effective July 27, 2026, and will remain in effect for a three-year period. As of June 30, 2026, the prior program had approximately $110M of stock repurchase authorization remaining.

Gentherm Receives FDA 510 Clearance for ThermAffyx System
Gentherm announced it received FDA 510 clearance for its patented ThermAffyx Patient Safety System. This Class II medical device combines active patient warming, securement and pressure reduction in a platform designed for robotic-assisted surgical procedures.
