SenesTech's Online Subscription Customers More Than Doubled
SenesTech announced that its active online subscription customer base, comprising both direct-to-consumer, or DTC, and business-to-business, or B2B, customers, more than doubled during the Q2 compared to the Q1, reaching a record level. That expansion reinforces the Company's recurring revenue model while potentially increasing customer lifetime value and improving long-term revenue visibility. SenesTech's e-commerce business, which serves DTC and B2B customers placing one-time and subscription orders, grew 186% during the Q2 compared to the prior quarter. Subscriber growth was a meaningful contributor. The growth also reflects the Company's investments in Amazon, SenesTech.com and digital marketing, as well as the transition to direct management of its Amazon channel and Shopify platform. The Company's e-commerce channels are also a meaningful source of commercial demand.
SenesTech Successfully Implements Evolve Rodent Control in Texas
SenesTech announced successful results from the use of Evolve Rat Birth Control at a 400-acre farming operation in Dalhart, Texas, where rodents had been causing persistent damage to underground irrigation infrastructure. "At the outset of the project, hundreds to thousands of rodent holes were visible throughout the perimeter of the property and around individual pump stations," said Michael Edell, SenesTech's President and CEO. "During the first several months of implementation, we observed significant consumption of Evolve at bait stations throughout the property. As the program progressed, visible rodent activity declined steadily, including fewer active holes and reduced feeding activity around bait stations."
SenesTech Expands Evolve Products to Bermuda
SenesTech announced the expansion of its Evolve Rodent Birth Control products into Bermuda through a distribution agreement with Animal and Garden House. Other existing and expanding deployments of Evolve in the area include the U.S. Virgin Islands and Belize.
SenesTech Reports Q1 Revenue of $493,000
Reports Q1 revenue $493,000 vs. $485,000 last year. "SenesTech is entering a new phase where we are building a more scalable, data-driven and recurring revenue business model around the growing demand for non-poison rodent management solutions," said Michael Edell, CEO of SenesTech. "The strategic transition to directly managing our Amazon business and revamping our online e-commerce store has significantly improved our visibility into customer behavior, advertising performance, subscriptions, and overall channel economics. We are already seeing strong momentum in our direct-to-consumer business, particularly through accelerating subscription adoption and improved Amazon execution."
SenesTech Appoints Michael Edell as CEO
SenesTech announced the appointment of Michael Edell as President and CEO, effective May 6. The company also announced Board leadership transition updates to support SenesTech's next phase of commercial growth and operational execution. Edell has worked closely with SenesTech since mid-2025, initially in a consulting capacity to evaluate the business and develop a strategic plan focused on commercial growth. In October 2025, he was appointed Interim Chief Operating Officer to lead its implementation. Since then, he has streamlined operations, prioritized direct-to-consumer revenue as a core growth engine, and overhauled the Company's B2B processes and organization to support more disciplined and scalable performance. He also led the transition to directly managing Amazon sales of the Evolve brand of Rat and Evolve Mouse products and strengthened go-to-market efforts across distributor, national retailer, municipal, and other B2B channels.
