Portillo's Appoints Kevin Kalicak as CFO
Portillo's (PTLO) announced the appointment of Kevin Kalicak as CFO and treasurer, effective September 7. Kalicak joins Portillo's serving in various roles with Darden (DRI) for more than 25 years. As CFO of Portillo's, he will oversee the company's finance organization, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, investor relations, internal audit, tax, supply chain and other corporate financial functions.
Shake Shack Appoints Michelle Hook as CFO
Shake Shack (SHAK) announced the appointment of Michelle Hook as the Company's CFO, effective May 11, 2026. Ms. Hook joins Shake Shack's executive leadership team and will be responsible for leading financial operations across the Company, including accounting and treasury, financial planning and analysis, tax, investor relations and external reporting. Hook joins Shake Shack from Portillo's (PTLO), where she served as CFO beginning in December 2020.

Portillo's CFO Michelle Hook to Depart on May 5
Michelle Hook, CFO, will depart Portillo's to pursue another opportunity, effective May 5. Since joining Portillo's in 2020, she has led the company's financial function. The board has initiated a search for her successor.
