Power Integrations Q1 Revenue Reaches $108.3M
Reports Q1 revenue $108.3M, consensus $106.7M. Power Integrations CEO Jen Lloyd commented: "Q1 was a good quarter for Power Integrations as we saw improved market demand while remaining focused on delivering innovative solutions based on our customers' needs. Our industrial revenue grew 23 percent year-over-year driven by a breadth of applications including renewable energy, battery storage, home automation and automotive. The momentum in our industrial business reflects our strategic focus on markets where our high-voltage technologies help customers solve the most pressing challenges in power. We continue to see confirmation that EVs and AI data centers not only need innovative solutions like our PowiGaN(TM) technology but also-by increasing pressure on the power grid-drive growth in renewables, battery storage and DC transmission, where our gate-driver products excel. We are orienting our strategy and our R&D pipeline around these highly attractive opportunities."

Power Integrations Appoints Michael Balow as Senior VP of Worldwide Sales
Power Integrations announced the appointment of Michael Balow as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales, effective immediately. He joins the company's executive management team with responsibility for leading the company's global sales organization, channel strategy and growth initiatives. Balow brings more than three decades of semiconductor sales and business development experience, most recently serving as executive vice president of sales at onsemi, leading a large global sales organization across the automotive, industrial, sensing and power solutions markets.

PowiGaN Reports Q4 Revenue of $103.2M, Up 6%
Reports Q4 revenue $103.2M, consensus $103.02M. CEO Jen Lloyd commented: "I am pleased that we returned to growth in 2025 with a six-percent increase in total revenue, led by our industrial category which grew 15 percent. The growth in industrial was driven by record sales in our high-power gate-driver business, plus strength in metering, power tools, automotive and broad-based industrial applications. Additionally, total revenue from PowiGaN products grew more than 40 percent for the year. Our addressable market continues to expand as AI data centers, electrification, grid modernization and other macro trends drive demand for innovative high-voltage technologies. We are taking steps to align our organization with these opportunities, including a restructuring of our workforce to better align expenses with revenue and create flexibility to invest in the products, people, and markets we expect to drive long-term growth and profitability."
