Ambiq Reports Q2 Revenue of $33.9M, Exceeds Expectations

Reports Q2 revenue $33.9M, consensus $31.51M. "Since the start of the year, we have seen a step-change in demand, further reinforcing our belief in the scale and durability of the edge AI opportunity. That momentum drove our net sales up approximately 90% year over year, marking our fifth consecutive quarter of growth, and we expect demand to strengthen even further in the second half of the year," said Fumihide Esaka, CEO of Ambiq. "Given the rapid acceleration in AI demand, we and the broader semiconductor industry are facing supply constraints. Even with this, we are on pace to more than double net sales in the second half of 2026 compared to last year. We are acting decisively to expand capacity, support our customers and capture the full opportunity we see to enable the next generation of intelligent edge products."

Ambiq Micro Launches heliaPROFILER Open-Source Tool

Ambiq Micro announced the launch of heliaPROFILER, a new open-source profiling tool that expands its HELIA AI ecosystem. "Ambiq's ultra-low-power silicon is the foundation for deploying AI in always-on devices," said Dr. Adam Page, Head of AI at Ambiq. "heliaPROFILER will give developers actionable insight into how AI workloads execute on Apollo hardware, helping them improve performance and take advantage of the silicon's energy efficiency. By connecting AI optimization directly to production hardware, we are making it easier for customers to move from model development to deployment."
