Procore Collaborates with NVIDIA to Advance Digital Twin Technology

Procore Technologies (PCOR) announced the next phase of its collaboration with NVIDIA (NVDA), bringing advanced digital twin capabilities to complex construction projects. Currently in closed beta, teams can now move seamlessly between Procore's Model Manager and Realism Mode, powered by NVIDIA Omniverse libraries, to visualize projects in a highly-realistic 3D environment and explore how real-world conditions, such as extreme weather, could impact construction before they happen on the jobsite. By identifying potential problems earlier, teams can make adjustments before they lead to costly rework, delays, or schedule disruption. The global economy is currently entering one of the largest infrastructure build cycles in history, fueled by trillions of dollars flowing into AI, data centers, and energy systems. Companies are projected to invest nearly $7 trillion in data center infrastructure alone by 2030. As demand accelerates, construction capacity and workforce constraints will threaten to slow the delivery of the facilities needed to power AI. Meeting that demand will require not only building faster, but building more efficiently, reducing waste, making better use of resources, and bringing better planning and predictability to complex projects.

Procore Collaborates with IBM to Enhance Asset Management

Procore Technologies (PCOR) announced it is collaborating with IBM (IBM) to enhance asset lifecycle management for owners by connecting Procore and IBM Maximo Application Suite, IBM's enterprise asset management solution. The collaboration will focus on enabling a unified digital thread of critical data across the fixed asset lifecycle, with the goal of helping operations, maintenance, and facility teams get more value from construction project data, accelerate operational readiness, and manage assets more effectively. Construction and operations are often managed in separate systems, creating a disconnect across the asset lifecycle. As a result, valuable information gets lost between the teams that design and build capital assets and those that operate and maintain them. This gap is especially apparent in the handover phase of a capital project, when operations teams rely on spreadsheets, emailed files, and separately stored documentation that must be reconstructed or re-entered before it can be used. Once assets are running, maintenance and as-maintained history stays in the operations system. This leaves owners making the next round of capital decisions without a clear view of how their existing assets have performed. This new collaboration aims to close the gap. Procore Asset Management and IBM Maximo can give operations teams reliable asset data from day one, while providing a foundation to adopt more advanced asset management capabilities over time.

Procore Technologies Launches Procore AI Go Mobile App

Procore Technologies launched Procore AI Go, a voice-first mobile app that lets construction crews ask questions and receive instant, spoken answers from their project data within Procore. Now available in open beta, the app helps reduce time spent manually searching through drawings and specifications so crews can stay focused on building. To extend the voice experience hands-free, Procore is also partnering with Meta to bring Procore AI Go to AI glasses, giving construction crews a hands-free way to access project information and capture first-person photos by simply saying "Hey Procore," without stopping work to reach for a phone. Together, these capabilities are part of Procore's broader system of intelligence, helping teams see what's happening in the field, understand it in context, and increasingly take action.
