BitGo Bank & Trust, National Association, an OCC-regulated digital asset trust bank and subsidiary of BitGo, is the first custodian to join the new network. "We've always been crypto friendly, and HODL Margining is a great example of being customer focused: digitally native customers can fund their margin without having to sell their existing holdings. We see this as an exciting practical step in marrying the regulated CFTC framework with on-chain innovation."BitGo Holdings also announced Wednesday the launch of BitGo Labs, a research and innovation unit with a single charge to explore and build the next breakout application for digital assets. The company said, "BitGo Labs' earliest focus is at the intersection of AI and crypto. AI is advancing from chatbots to autonomous agents that research, negotiate, hire, and buy on the open internet. We believe the AI economy needs crypto financial infrastructure to process micropayments, instantly settle, and safely secure trillions of dollars in assets. Traditional financial technology cannot support this next leg of innovation, but BitGo can. At every step toward artificial general intelligence, new ways will open for people to contribute and earn. Olenox Plans to Expand Miner Count to 20,000
Olenox Industries outlined the next planned phase of its gas-to-power-to-compute strategy: establishing lower-cost electricity, potentially relocating existing Bitcoin miners to that power supply and looking at opportunities to expand its mining fleet. Olenox is targeting an expansion from approximately 9,700 to 20,000 miners -- more than doubling its fleet -- supported by its strategy to develop lower-cost, self-generated power. Expansion remains subject to its ability to raise substantial financing, power availability, equipment procurement and project execution. Building on its recent acquisitions, Olenox is evaluating its Wildboy natural-gas platform in British Columbia and its Pecos-area energy platform in Texas as potential locations for self-generated power and mining deployments. If feasible, the plan would connect the Company's expanding energy platform with its established mining business, creating a path to capture more value from both. Olenox is targeting an electricity rate of approximately $0.015 per kilowatt-hour, compared with approximately $0.06 per kWh under its current operating arrangements. If achieved on a comparable, all-in delivered-cost basis, the target would represent a 75% reduction in the electricity rate -- a potential operating advantage the Company intends to pursue across its existing fleet and future deployments. The Company's plan is structured in three phases. The first focuses on establishing access to lower-cost, self-generated electricity through Olenox's energy platforms. The Company is evaluating generation equipment, fuel supply, infrastructure requirements and site readiness to determine the most attractive deployment locations and validate the complete cost of delivering power to its mining operations. The second phase involves possibly relocating eligible mining equipment currently operating in Texas to sites supplied by that lower-cost power. The objective is to apply the targeted power-cost advantage to Olenox's existing fleet, strengthening the operating foundation for future growth. Relocation decisions will depend on power availability, infrastructure readiness, relocation expenses and overall operating economics. The third phase focuses on expanding the fleet toward 20,000 miners, building on the power infrastructure established in the earlier phases. The Company intends to deploy additional machines where Company-controlled energy resources can support competitive operating costs. The Company's ability to execute on any of the three phases is contingent upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, raising substantial funds, determining power availability, the ability to purchase the necessary equipment, and successfully implementing each step necessary to achieve the desired result.
Olenox Industries Earns Approximately 15.03 Bitcoin in September
Olenox Industries announced that its CS Digital Ventures operations earned approximately 15.03 Bitcoin during September 2026 as Olenox continues building an integrated platform connecting energy production, power generation and next-generation computing. The update follows Olenox's recent completion of the Wildboy and Odin acquisitions, expanding the Company's energy platform and advancing its longer-term strategy to connect Olenox-controlled energy resources with power-intensive digital infrastructure. During September, CS Digital recorded average operational hashrate of approximately 1.04 exahashes per second and uptime of 68%. Operations reflected seasonal power curtailments intended to reduce transmission costs in 2027, along with reduced miner clock speeds at the Pyote site to protect equipment from summer heat. The summer curtailment season ended September 30, and the Company expects miners to return to normal clock speed in November, subject to operating conditions
Olenox Completes Acquisition of Wildboy and IPD for $21.7 Million
Olenox Industries announced that it has completed the acquisition of 100% of the issued and outstanding capital stock of Wildboy Holdings and IPD Industries. The acquisition purchase price is US$21.7 million, with consideration consisting almost entirely of Olenox Series F preferred stock. Securities issued to the sellers are convertible into shares of the Company's common stock, subject to certain conversion limitations and lock-up provisions. The structure allows the sellers to participate in Olenox's future growth while preserving the Company's near-term cash position.
Olenox Industries Mines Approximately 15.63 Bitcoin in August
Olenox Industries announced that its CS Digital Ventures operations mined approximately 15.63 Bitcoin during August 2026. The results represent Olenox's second monthly operating update following its May 28, 2026 acquisition of CS Digital and reflect the Company's continued progress in building an integrated platform connecting energy production, digital infrastructure and next-generation computing. During August, Olenox achieved an average operational hashrate of approximately 1.03 exahashes per second across the Company's mining-pool accounts. Realized hashrate represented approximately 67% of the fleet's economic capacity during the reporting period, reflecting in part seasonal heat-related curtailment and low-power-mode operation at the Company's Texas hosting operations.
