Nautilus Partners with Baylor College for Early Access Program
Nautilus Biotechnology announced Baylor College of Medicine as the first customer of Nautilus' Iterative Mapping Early Access Program. Through a National Institutes of Health, or NIH, U01-funded study, Baylor will leverage Nautilus' novel single-molecule proteomics method to address a central challenge in cancer research - identifying aberrant protein isoforms that contribute to tumor growth, metastasis, immune evasion, and therapeutic resistance - while Nautilus expands early commercial access to its validated tau proteoforms assay. The study aims to develop a broadly accessible computational toolkit with improved detection of protein isoforms in conventional shotgun proteomics datasets. By pairing these computational approaches with full-length, isoform-resolved proteomic measurements generated on the Nautilus Voyager Platform, the project is intended to enable direct comparison of transcriptional and proteomic changes at unprecedented resolution.

Nautilus Biotechnology Launches Voyager Platform
Nautilus Biotechnology debuted the Voyager Platform, which is designed to power the Iterative Mapping of up to 10 billion intact proteins and proteoforms simultaneously in a single run. "We're excited to bring our vision of democratizing access to proteomics to fruition and share the Voyager Platform first with researchers seeking deeper insight into protein biology," said Parag Mallick, Ph.D., Co-Founder and Chief Scientist of Nautilus. "After years of intensive development, Voyager is designed to be a benchtop tool that can help advance biomarker discovery, diagnostics, and therapeutic innovation."
Nautilus Collaborates with Michael J. Fox Foundation to Study Parkinson's Disease
Nautilus Biotechnology, Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar, WCM-Q, and The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research announced a research collaboration to study the connection between the alpha-synuclein protein and Parkinson's disease. Supported by a $1.6 million research grant from MJFF, the project combines the Lashuel lab's expertise in the molecular and chemical biology of neurodegeneration with Nautilus' platform for measuring proteins and their functional variants, called proteoforms, at single-molecule resolution.
