Midland States Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend Increase to 33 Cents
Midland States announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 33c per share of its common stock, an increase of 3.1% from the previous quarterly cash dividend of 32c per share. The dividend is payable on August 21 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 14.

Midland States Appoints Claire A. Stack as CFO
Midland States has appointed Claire A. Stack as EVP and CFO of the company and Midland States Bank, its wholly-owned subsidiary, effective May 8. Stack joined the company in November 2025 as Corporate Controller and has served as VP - Chief Accounting Officer and interim CFO since March 2026. Stack previously served as Corporate Controller at Steelcase, a publicly traded furniture company, and held various senior leadership positions in accounting and finance at CliftonLarsonAllen, a public accounting firm, Agracel, an industrial real estate developer, PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG.
Midland States Expands Stock Buyback Program to $45 Million
Midland States announced that its board of directors has approved an amendment to the company's current stock repurchase program that increases the amount of common stock authorized for repurchase from $25M to $45M and extends the expiration date of the program to December 31.

As a result, we generated earnings of $0.74 per share and a return on average assets of 1.16%."
