Magnite, Inc. is an independent sell-side advertising company. The Company provides technology solutions to automate the purchase and sale of digital advertising inventory. The Company's technology is used by publishers to monetize their content across all screens and formats including CTV, online video, display, and audio. Its platform features applications and services for sellers of digital advertising inventory, or publishers, that own and operate CTV channels, applications, websites and other digital media properties, to manage and monetize their inventory; applications and services for buyers, including advertisers, agencies, agency trading desks, and demand side platforms (DSPs), to buy digital advertising inventory; and a transparent, independent marketplace that brings buyers and sellers together and facilitates intelligent decision making and automated transaction execution at scale. Its SpringServe CTV platform offers CTV sellers a holistic solution.
Magnite Inc is a good buy right now due to its current price of $25.4, a favorable RSI of 60.71 indicating bullish momentum, and a significant year-to-date change of +58.16%. The recent court ruling against Google is expected to enhance Magnite's market share in adtech, with analysts projecting a price target increase to $38, representing a 48% upside. However, a potential risk is the recent insider selling, where the chairman sold 7,500 shares, which could raise concerns about insider confidence.

$MGNI On Sodor, Gordon likes to brag that he's the strongest engine. He and Thomas the Train often battle for the same commendation. However, Henry the Green Engine actually works the hardest. He just does so less boisterously. Lesson there.

$MGNI monthly opex on Friday, nice, about time. November will be more interesting.

$MGNI finally, how to cut out the noise. A weekly chart is attached. Since May, we've simply been riding the upward-trending 10d sma. Quite boring, actually. But lucrative.

$MGNI fun day. In my post yesterday, I mentioned that the pin remained "in" for Oct, but I expressed surprise that Nov was still so quiet. Nov no longer is quiet. See pic 1. The second pic allows us to reverse-engineer today's large options spreads, too: 2500 Oct 27c's (short/sold/covered) underneath 2500 Nov 27c's (long, bought surprisingly above ask) 2200 Oct 26c's (short) underneath 2200 Nov 26c's (long) 1000 Oct 25c's (short) underneath 1000 Nov 25c's (long, bought surprisingly above ask) You'll see some other spreads in the trades table, but you get the gist. Easy conclusion: 1) These are definitely the same trader, moving through the same channel/dealer. 2) The dealer squeezed him on the Nov calls, forcing the deal above ask. In other words, the dealer is worried about that edge of the spread. So trader had to overpay. 3) The pins cannot be more obvious here -- which puts both sides at risk. Would love to see a good old-fashioned gamma squeeze here.
