Marcus Corporation Raises Quarterly Dividend to 9 Cents per Share
Marcus declared a quarterly dividend of 9c per share of common stock, a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend rate of 8c per share. The dividend will be paid September 15, to shareholders of record on August 25. "Returning capital to our shareholders is a hallmark of Marcus Corporation, and we are pleased to yet again raise the quarterly cash dividend," said Gregory Marcus, CEO of Marcus. "The strength of both our earnings and balance sheet reinforces our ongoing confidence in the future of our company and ability to continue creating long-term value for our shareholders."

Marcus Corporation announced that RajivCastellino, chief technology officer of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, has been promoted to chief information officer of Marcus Corporation.
