Kamada Reiterates 2026 Revenue Guidance of $200M to $205M
The company said, "Kamada is reiterating its 2026 annual financial guidance of total revenues in the range of $200 million to $205 million, and adjusted EBITDA in the range of $50 million to $53 million, representing year-over-year increase of 12% in revenues and 23% in adjusted EBITDA based on mid-point of 2026 annual guidance."
Kamada CFO Chaime Orlev to Depart on December 31
Kamada announced that Chaime Orlev, its CFO, will transition out of his role to pursue other opportunities, effective December 31. Kamada has a search underway to identify a successor to Orlev, who has served as the company's CFO since 2017. Orlev will provide transitional support to the new CFO to be appointed by Kamada.

Reports Q2 revenue $54.92M vs. $44.75M last year. "We continue to execute on our plan delivering record-high operational and financial performance during the first half of 2026, with strong double-digit growth in revenues and adjusted EBITDA for both the six-month and second quarter reporting periods," said Amir London, Kamada's Chief Executive Officer. "The first half of the year was the strongest in Kamada's history with revenues of $100.2 million and adjusted EBITDA of $25.7 million, representing notable 26% margin of revenues. The underlying demand for our products, including KEDRAB in the U.S. market, as well as VARIZIG and HEPAGAM, continues to increase significantly. Based on our first half performance, representing approximately 50% of our annual guidance midpoints, we are reiterating our 2026 annual guidance of $200 million to $205 million in revenues and $50 million to $53 million of adjusted EBITDA, respectively, representing 12% and 23% growth when comparing 2026 guidance mid-points to 2025 results."
Kamada Signs 3-Year Plasma Supply Agreement with Biopharma, Expected Revenue of $50M
Kamada announced an agreement to supply plasma to a biopharmaceutical company focused on plasma-derived therapies. The new three-year agreement for the supply of normal source plasma from Kamada's plasma collection centers in Texas is expected to generate approximately $50M in revenue over three years. Initial commercial sales under the agreement are expected to be recorded in the fourth quarter of 2026. Kamada's FDA-approved collection centers in Houston and San Antonio are designed to collect normal source plasma and specialty plasma. Each center supports a planned capacity of approximately 50,000 liters per year at full capacity.
Kamada Highlights Cytogam Study Results at Heart and Lung Transplant Meeting
Kamada highlighted results of an Investigator-Initiated Study recently presented at the 2026 International Society for Heart and Lung Transplant annual meeting, held in Toronto, Canada. The study is part of a post-marketing research program aimed at generating data in support of the benefits of Cytogam, the company's Cytomegalovirus Immune Globulin, in the management of cytomegalovirus in solid organ transplantation. The translational and observational clinical study results were presented as three posters. In a retrospective analysis of clinical data, researchers found that among CMV high-risk lung transplant recipients, patients who did not receive CMVIG prophylaxis experienced worse clinical outcomes compared with those who received CMVIG prophylaxis and other CMV serotype groups. A paired analysis of patient blood cells found less activated innate immune cells in the group that received CMVIG prophylaxis. These results build on a hypothesis that CMVIG may interrupt an injurious innate immune response against the allograft. In a non-clinical in-vivo model, researchers found that key innate immune cells were increased after acute lung injury and that CMVIG blunted lung injury and improved mortality. Together, these data underscore the clinical relevance of this high-risk population and the potential mechanistic and clinical roles of CMVIG as a targeted intervention.
