Herbalife Reaffirms Q3 and 2026 Financial Guidance
Herbalife reaffirmed the Q3 and 2026 financial guidance it provided on August 5. The company continues to expect year-over-year net sales growth for both Q3 and 2026, on a reported and constant currency basis, and reaffirms its adjusted EBITDA1 guidance for both periods. "Our outlook for the remainder of the year remains firmly on track, and we are reaffirming the third quarter and full-year guidance we provided last month," said John DeSimone, Chief Financial Officer. "Our outlook is consistent with the expectations we shared, and we remain confident in our ability to deliver a fifth consecutive quarter of year-over-year net sales growth and continued momentum across the remainder of 2026." Herbalife sees Q3 net sales up 0.5% to 4.5% year-over-year and 2026 net sales up 2.5%-5.5% year-over-year.
Herbalife CEO Stephan Gratziani to Step Down on October 31, 2026
Herbalife announced that Stephan Gratziani will transition from his role as Chief Executive Officer, effective October 31, 2026. Following the transition, Gratziani will continue supporting Herbalife as a consultant focused on strategy and business development. The Board of Directors has formed a committee to oversee the succession process for Gratziani. John DeSimone, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, will serve as Interim Chief Executive Officer beginning November 1, 2026.
Herbalife Revises 2026 Net Sales and EBITDA Guidance to $670M-$690M
Herbalife said: "Full-year 2026 guidance revised: range tightened for net sales; narrowed adjusted EBITDA guidance range to $670 million to $690 million from $675 million to $705 million, primarily reflecting FX headwinds, as constant currency guidance was raised."
