Gladstone Investment Supports Global GRAB's Acquisition of RSSI
Gladstone Investment announces that it has continued its support of portfolio company Global GRAB Technologies through providing additional capital to support the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of RSSI Barriers. "Global GRAB Technologies has collaborated with RSSI on various opportunities and projects for years and has formed a great partnership," said Brian Cooper, COO and President of Global GRAB. "We're excited to bring RSSI into the Global GRAB family of brands and continue delivering innovative security solutions to our customers."
Gladstone Investment Acquires DHE Computer Systems
Gladstone Investment Corporation announced its acquisition of DHE Computer Systems. Gladstone Investment provided debt and equity financing to complete the transaction. DHE, headquartered in Centennial, Colorado, is a leading full-service technology solutions provider serving the state, local, and education and commercial markets. DHE provides end-to-end IT products and lifecycle services, including hardware, software, device configuration and enrollment, deployment logistics, repair and warranty support, data recovery, and emerging managed services. DHE's existing management team, led by CEO Dan Hammack, will continue to lead the business following the transaction. The Company's founders, Dan Hammack and Elena "Annie" Hammack, will remain meaningful shareholders alongside Gladstone Investment.
Gladstone Investment Corporation Appoints George Stelljes to Board of Directors
Gladstone Investment Corporation that George Stelljes, III has been elected to the 2028 class of directors for the Company, effective June 1, 2026. Mr. Stelljes has also been appointed to serve on the Company's Compensation Committee, Ethics, Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee and Valuation Committee. In connection with Mr. Stelljes' appointment, the size of the Company's board of directors has been expanded from seven to eight directors. Stelljes is currently the managing partner of St. John's Capital, LLC, a vehicle used to make private equity investments.

Gladstone Investment Corporation Appoints New Executives
Gladstone Investment Corporation announced several executive officer appointments in connection with the Company's strategic succession plan. avid Gladstone has stepped down as the Company's CEO, effective immediately; however, he will remain as the Company's Chairman of the Board of Directors, a member of the Company's investment committee, and also continue as Chairman, CEO, and President of the Company's affiliated investment adviser, Gladstone Management Corporation. David Dullum, the Company's President since 2008, has succeeded Mr. Gladstone as CEO, and John Sateri, a twenty-year veteran at Gladstone and a current member of the Company's investment committee, has been appointed CIO Erika Highland and Christopher Lee, both current senior managing directors, have also been appointed Executive Vice Presidents of the Company, effective immediately. After over twenty years at Gladstone in various roles of increasing responsibility, Ms. Highland will also succeed Mr. Dullum as the Company's President, effective October 1, 2026.
