The Company owns and/or manages approximately 141,800 acres of farmland in 16 states, including Arkansas, California, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Texas, and West Virginia. In addition, the Company owns land and buildings for four agriculture equipment dealerships in Ohio leased to Ag Pro under the John Deere brand. Its farm crops includes primary crops and specialty crops. The primary crops includes corn, soybeans, wheat, rice, and cotton. The specialty crops consists of almonds, pistachios, citrus, strawberries, and edible beans. The Company also provides agricultural lending product focused on farmers as a complement to the Company's business of acquiring and owning farmland and leasing it to farmers.
