Dyne Biopharma Receives FDA Acceptance for z-rostudirsen Application
"We continue to make significant progress as we execute on our goal of delivering functional improvement for people living with genetically driven neuromuscular diseases," said John Cox, president and chief executive officer of Dyne. Dyne Therapeutics Receives FDA Clearance for DYNE-302 Clinical Trial
Dyne Therapeutics announced that it has received clearance from the FDA for its IND application to initiate a Phase 1 clinical trial for DYNE-302 in facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy. DYNE-302 leverages the same FORCE platform as Dyne's first two clinical programs, zeleciment rostudirsen in exon 51 Duchenne muscular dystrophy and zeleciment basivarsen in myotonic dystrophy type 1.

Morgan Stanley and Others Increase Offering Size to $375M
Morgan Stanley, Jefferies, Evercore ISI, LifeSci Capital and Raymond James are acting as joint book running managers for the offering. The deal size was increased to $375M from $300M and priced inside the $20.00-$21.50 target range.
