Krispy Kreme Q2 Revenue $331M Beats Expectations
Reports Q2 revenue $331M, consensus $313.51M. "The second quarter highlighted continued significant progress on our turnaround to strengthen the balance sheet, reduce leverage, and drive sustainable, profitable growth. Demand for our fresh, iconic doughnuts across the U.S. and international markets drove systemwide sales growth of 2.6% excluding the impact of the now-ended McDonald's USA partnership," said Krispy Kreme CEO Josh Charlesworth. "Our results demonstrate the success of the actions we are taking to grow the business and improve profitability, including a significant expansion in Adjusted EBITDA margin of 340 basis points compared to last year. We remain confident in achieving our 2026 financial targets and are maintaining our previously issued guidance."

Krispy Kreme Appoints New Chief Commercial Officer and Chief People Officer
Krispy Kreme, announced the appointment of Suk Nicholas as Chief Commercial Officer and Lori Suess as Chief People Officer. In the newly created role of CCO, Nicholas will join Krispy Kreme's Global Leadership Team and lead the company's fresh delivery business in the U.S. and internationally. She will oversee the development and execution of enterprise sales strategies to accelerate growth, expand key partnerships and revenue opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and build world-class commercial capabilities across markets. Nicholas brings more than 15 years of Krispy Kreme experience, having joined Krispy Kreme U.K. & Ireland in 2010 before moving to the Company's global team in 2023. The company also announced the appointment of Lori Suess as CPO. Suess joined Krispy Kreme in 2020 and was named Head of People & Culture earlier this year, when she joined the Global Leadership Team. She will oversee the Company's global people, culture, talent development, and employee engagement efforts.
Krispy Kreme Partners with ER Group to Enter Mauritius
Krispy Kreme announced an agreement with ER Group to bring Krispy Kreme to Mauritius. ER Group will partner with Krispy Kreme's existing franchisee in South Africa, KK Doughnuts SA (Pty) Ltd. Mauritius marks the third new international market Krispy Kreme has announced in 2026 through its capital-light franchise model, following the Netherlands and Estonia, the company stated. "We're pleased to bring Krispy Kreme to Mauritius. ER Group's deep understanding of the local market, combined with KK Doughnuts SA's proven experience operating the Krispy Kreme brand, creates a strong foundation for growth. Together, we look forward to sharing our fresh, delicious doughnuts with consumers across the country," said Krispy Kreme CEO Josh Charlesworth.
