CWH Reports Q1 Revenue of $1.35B, Below Expectations
Reports Q1 revenue $1.35B, consensus $1.41B. Matthew Wagner, Chief Executive Officer and President of CWH stated, "We are pleased with our first quarter performance against the current RV industry backdrop. While used RV sales underperformed expectations in January and February, the year-over-year trajectory of our new and used unit volume continued to improve as we progressed through March and into late April. In the quarter, we realized SG&A efficiencies and gained market share in our exclusive brand units."
AMD Rebounds After $100B Deal with Meta
Tech was at the forefront of Tuesday's rebound from Monday's deep selloff, and while AMDwas especially strong in the wake of its $100B deal with Metaannounced this morning, Enterprise Software also snapped higher following yesterday's spasm brought on by the viral Citrini Research post about AI disruption of legacy networks. Adobeand Salesforce- down 27% and 30% respectively year-to-date - rebounded by 3.4% and 4.1% in Tuesday's trading. Conversely, Energy and Health Care - two sectors that saw some inflows overnight - were negative on the day. In the opening hour of the evening session and heading into this evening's State of the Union address by President Trump, index futures are flat.Commodities are also little changed, with WTI Crude Oil still above $66 per barrel despite the large API inventories build. CWH Reports Q4 Revenue of $1.2B, Beating Expectations
Reports Q4 revenue $1.2B, consensus $1.16B. Matthew Wagner, Chief Executive Officer and President of CWH stated, "2025 was a pivotal year for our organization. We returned the business to growth, delivering Adjusted EBITDA growth in excess of 35%. We again grew our combined new and used market share to a record level, ending the year at over 13%. We completed an extensive dealership portfolio optimization process, resulting in a more efficient base comprised of nearly 200 locations. Lastly, we executed on our succession plans, and I could not be more honored and excited to build upon our market leading position."
Camping World Appoints Matthew Wagner as New CEO
Camping World Holdings announced that Matthew Wagner, the company's President, will succeed Marcus Lemonis as Chief Executive Officer upon his retirement on January 1, 2026. Wagner will also join the Camping World Board of Directors at that time. Lemonis will serve as the Co-Founder and Special Advisor to the company after he retires from his position as CEO, Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors at year-end. Additionally, on January 1, 2026, Brent Moody will assume the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors. "Founding and building this Company has been the greatest accomplishment of my life," said Lemonis. "RVing continues to be the lifestyle of choice for millions of Americans, and this Company was built to sit in the center of it all. I will continue to work closely with the Board, Matt and the leadership team not only as a co-founder, but as an interested advisor and meaningful long-term shareholder, always focused on value creation.
