US Suspends Microsoft, Adobe from Labor Certification Program

Secretary of Labor Keith Sonderling stated, according to a post made by the official White House Rapid Response account: "I am hereby suspending from the Permanent Labor Certification Program some of the largest IT outsourcing firms in the world - Cognizant, Infosys, Tata, Wipro, HCL, and Capgemini - and also, due to multiple active federal investigations, @USDOL is suspending Microsoft and Adobe from the program."

Cognizant Extends Partnership with Gilead for Five Years

Cognizant (CTSH) announced a five-year extension of its work with Gilead Sciences (GILD). Under the agreement, Cognizant will support Gilead's continued development of DevOps capabilities and the responsible application of agentic AI tools across selected technology programs. Cognizant will apply its life sciences and technology experience to support Gilead's development and operations environment.
