CDT Equity Appoints James Bligh as CEO
CDT Equity announced the appointment of James Bligh, co-founder of Conduit Pharmaceuticals, as CEO. Andrew Regan has been appointed as CEO of Sarborg Limited. CDT holds a 22% strategic investment in Sarborg and intends to continue working closely with the company as it develops its signature intelligence platform, expands its proprietary intellectual property portfolio and advances Sarborg.
CDT Equity Introduces New Solid Drug Forms, Enhancing Stability and Solubility
CDT Equity announced that new solid forms and alternative crystal structures of its existing drug compounds, show enhanced physical property advantages, including improved stability, solubility, manufacturability, over existing forms of these compounds. These solid forms are patent-protected under the company's substance of matter IP and could support new formulations tailored to specific patient needs, prospectively increasing the commercial life of the underlying assets. CDT has filed patents to protect these findings. CDT will now advance these findings into clinically relevant, lab models, building out further experimental evidence of biological activity and therapeutic potential, ahead of partnering discussions. CDT will also assess whether its proprietary solid forms can produce differentiated, competitive products, distinct from existing marketed formulations.
CDT Equity Enters SAFE Note with Pep'd Inc.
CDT Equity announced that it has entered into a SAFE note with Pep'd Inc., a US-based peptide company. Upon Pep'd closing an equity financing, this SAFE will automatically convert into a number of shares of safe preferred stock, depending on the Pep'd capitalization at that time and a valuation cap of $10M.

CDT Equity Approves 1-for-10 Reverse Stock Split
CDT Equity announced that its board of directors has approved a 1-for-10 reverse stock split of the company's common stock, to ensure continued compliance with the Nasdaq bid-price rule. The company's stockholders approved future reverse stock splits, their timing, and granted the board of directors authority to determine future exact split ratios. The reverse stock split will become effective on July 17, Eastern Time and the company's common stock is expected to begin trading on a reverse stock split-adjusted basis on Nasdaq at market open under the existing ticker symbol.
