Box Integrates with ChatGPT to Enhance Enterprise Content Intelligence
Box announced it is bringing enterprise content and AI together to power more intelligent, actionable ways of working in ChatGPT. With the new integration, users can securely access and engage with their most important business content stored in Box directly from ChatGPT, making it easy to discover the right information, generate insights, and create new content. By putting files in the ChatGPT Library, Box and OpenAI are providing a frictionless way to leverage enterprise knowledge while maintaining Box's enterprise-grade security, permissions, and governance. "The next era of enterprise AI will be defined by how effectively AI can understand the content and context that power a business," said Aaron Levie, co-founder and CEO of Box. "The opportunity is to move beyond simply giving AI access to content and create experiences where the right files and information are at the center of how people interact with AI. By bringing Box and ChatGPT together, we're making enterprise knowledge a seamless and secure part of the AI experience, opening up entirely new ways for people to engage with their content and get work done."
