BlackRock, Inc. is an investment management company. The Company provides a range of investment management and technology and subscription services to institutional and retail clients. Its diverse platforms of alpha-seeking active, private markets, index and cash management investment strategies across asset classes enable it to tailor investment outcomes and asset allocation solutions for clients. Its products are offered directly and through intermediaries in a range of vehicles, including open-end and closed-end mutual funds, iShares exchange-traded funds, separate accounts, collective investment funds and other pooled investment vehicles. It also offers technology services, including the investment and risk management technology platform, Aladdin, Aladdin Wealth, eFront, and Cachematrix, as well as advisory services and solutions.
BlackRock Inc is a good buy right now as it is currently priced at $1,118.25, which is significantly below the analyst target of $1,245, indicating a potential upside of approximately 12%. Additionally, the forward P/E ratio stands at 16.45, suggesting that the stock is undervalued compared to its earnings potential. The recent earnings report showed an EPS surprise of 13.70%, reflecting strong operational performance. However, the main risk is the recent termination of the iShares Convertible Bond ETF, which could impact investor sentiment.

Not sure if this is worth it. I’m looking at the recent @BlackRock filing for PBIT, a proposed Bitcoin ETF. The trade-off: your upside is capped in exchange for limited losses if Bitcoin falls. Say you invest $1,000: • BTC drops 30%: holding BTC leaves you with $700, while if the fund loses 10%, you’re left with $900. • BTC rises 50%: holding BTC grows to $1,500, while if the fund gains 20%, it grows to $1,200. That’s basically what they’re trying to achieve, though it’s still in progress. I’m wondering: would people want a product like this?
