Company Reports Q2 Revenue of $3.1B, Below Consensus
Reports Q2 revenue $3.1B, consensus $3.26B. "Our Q2 results reflect continued outstanding performance in Renewables and year-over-year improvement in Agribusiness," said CEO Bill Krueger. "Renewables delivered exceptional results driven by strong operational execution and solid merchandising performance. Our plants achieved record Q2 production while safely completing planned spring maintenance activities. We continue to execute on our long-term growth strategy. We are preparing for our previously announced debottlenecking project at our Clymers, Indiana, ethanol facility. We continue to pursue additional opportunities to reduce the carbon intensity of our operations to position our plants to maximize the value of 45Z tax credits, including the advancement of our Class VI well permit. We also expect Port of Houston's soybean meal export capabilities to be operational in the fourth quarter. Looking ahead, we remain optimistic about the opportunities across our businesses, particularly in the renewable fuels and feedstocks supply chains. Strong ethanol production, favorable export demand, growing adoption of low-carbon fuels, and continued progress on our strategic investments position us well to capitalize on evolving market opportunities and create long-term value for our shareholders".
The Andersons Appoints David R. Heppner to Board of Directors

Company Reports Q4 Revenue of $2.54B, Below Expectations
Reports Q4 revenue $2.54B, consensus $3.28B. "Our record Q4 results reflect solid execution in both Renewables and Agribusiness. Recent investments in both businesses, including full ownership of the ethanol plants, contributed to this quarter's financial performance. Our Skyland locations were able to accumulate large corn and sorghum positions at favorable values and saw the return of sorghum exports through our Houston port elevator. Eastern assets realized seasonally high elevation margins on higher volumes from increased corn demand, while over-supplied markets continued to limit merchandising opportunities," said President and CEO Bill Krueger. "In this very busy quarter for our grain elevators and ethanol plants, I'm pleased with our ability to serve our customers."
The Andersons Announces Q1 2026 Cash Dividend of 20 Cents
The Andersons announces a first quarter 2026 cash dividend of 20c per share payable on January 23, 2026, to shareholders of record as of January 02, 2026. This nearly three percent increase from the company's fourth quarter 2025 cash dividend of 19.5c per share underscores the company's strong financial position and commitment to returning value to shareholders.
