AFC Q2 NAV Per Share Increases to $8.25
Reports Q2 NAV per share $8.25. "AFC generated net investment income of $0.15 per weighted average share in the second quarter. NAV per share increased to $8.25, including $0.17 of accretion from repurchasing shares at a substantial discount to NAV. We remained selective in the attractive lower middle-market and will continue to prioritize credit quality and risk-adjusted returns," said Dan Neville, Chief Executive Officer.

AFC Commits $29M to Acquisition Loan
AFC announced that it has committed $29M to a $60M senior secured term loan. The proceeds from the credit facility, including $19.6M funded by AFC at close, will be used to finance the acquisition of a leading healthcare benefits platform. The credit facility is secured by a lien on all assets of the borrower and has a four-year term. AFC holds approximately 49% of the total facility.
AFC Closes $60M Credit Facility for STAT Buyer
AFC closed a $60M senior secured credit facility to STAT Buyer, a holding company controlled by Cambridge Capital, formed to facilitate the combination of its existing portfolio company STAT with The Moresby Group. The proceeds from the credit facility will be used to finance the acquisition, refinance existing debt, and provide working capital to support the growth of the combined entity.
Advanced Flower Capital Completes REIT Conversion to Business Development Company
Advanced Flower Capital has completed its previously announced conversion from a real estate investment trust to a business development company regulated under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, effective as of January 1, 2026. The completion of the Conversion expands AFC's investment flexibility to pursue opportunities beyond real estate-backed loans, including a broader universe of operating businesses, aimed at enhancing long-term shareholder value.
