Camping World Expects 2026 EBITDA Below $230M
Camping World Holdings said earlier in a regulatory filing that the company now expects full-year 2026 Adjusted EBITDA to be below the low end of its previously communicated guidance range of $230M-$270M. The company's current outlook takes into account a broad range of potential outcomes amid continued uncertainty regarding macroeconomic conditions and RV industry demand. Combined new and used vehicle unit sales softened sequentially in July. These unit trends remained soft through the quarter, contributing to a more promotional environment for new vehicles across the RV industry as competing dealers worked to align inventory levels with weaker demand. Although the company has seen unit sales declines progressively moderate to a degree during August and September, new vehicle front-end margins have remained under greater pressure than previously expected. In addition, certain macroeconomic factors impacting the guidance, including movements in energy prices and interest rates, have become less favorable, further pressuring the company's near-term demand and vehicle margin outlook. In response to these conditions, the company has accelerated certain elements of its previously announced $100M of SG&A savings and operating efficiency initiatives. Further, the company has identified and implemented additional headcount reductions expected to generate at least $50M in incremental annualized savings, intended to improve operating leverage, support margins and strengthen cash flow. These actions include the closure of four dealerships, two of which the company currently intends to reopen at a later date. The company expects to enter the fourth quarter with a more streamlined cost structure and ongoing initiatives intended to enhance profitability and cash generation. The company is exploring the refinancing of its existing term loan facility with the goal of increasing the company's financial flexibility. The company is considering a range of possible refinancing alternatives, which are expected to include new term loans and other senior secured debt. Shares of Camping World are down nearly 18% to $4.15 in late morning trading. Meanwhile, shares of Thor Industries (THO) are down 4% and Winnebago Industries (WGO) are down 5.3%.

Stock Futures Rise as Micron's Strong Earnings Boost Market Sentiment
Stock futures are higher this morning as technology stocks attempt to regain leadership after several volatile sessions. Investors had started questioning whether the AI trade was losing momentum, but the latest chip demand signals are pushing the narrative back toward continued infrastructure expansion.Micron reported strong results and disclosed roughly $22B in forward chip commitments, lifting sentiment across the broader chip complex. The move is helping ease concerns that recent weakness in AI-related stocks represented a deeper shift in demand. The question now is whether this becomes a durable restart for the AI trade or simply a relief rally after a sharp pullback. In pre-market trading, S&P 500 futures rose 0.76%, Nasdaq futures rose 2.29% and Dow futures rose 0.24%.Check out this morning's top movers from around Wall Street, compiled by The Fly.HIGHER -IBMup 2% after unveiling the world's first sub-1 nanometer chip technologyUP AFTER EARNINGS -Micronup 19%TD Synnexup 8%Acuityup 7%BlackBerryup 7%McCormickup 3%Commercial Metalsup 1%DOWN AFTER EARNINGS -Nano-X Imagingdown 13%Dardendown 3%Winnebagodown 3%
