Vivos Therapeutics Signs Collaboration Agreement with SPCVA to Establish Sleep Center

Vivos Therapeutics announced the execution of definitive collaboration and operating agreements with South Palm Cardiovascular Associates, or SPCVA, to support the establishment and operation of a regional Sleep & Airway Medicine Center, or SAMC, in Palm Beach County, Florida. The definitive agreements build on the collaboration announced on June 10 and provide the framework for the formation, capitalization, governance and operation of AIM Florida. Vivos expects to hold a 75% majority of the membership and economic interests in AIM Florida, subject to applicable regulatory requirements and the terms of the definitive agreements. The parties are evaluating several potential locations and negotiating a lease for the initial facility. Subject to site selection, lease execution, build-out, licensing, payer enrollment, staffing and other customary startup requirements, the center is expected to begin treating patients and generating revenue in the first quarter of 2027. The operating plan calls for an initial fully staffed Sleep Optimization Team capable of serving approximately 250 patients per month. Based on its operating experience in Las Vegas and current assumptions, Vivos believes the initial team, once fully deployed, can generate up to $6M in annual revenue with contribution margins of 30% or more. Additional teams may be added as demand develops. SPCVA doctors and staff will work to expand the referral base to include other local medical practices treating patients with similar sleep disorder issues.

Vivos Therapeutics Sees 212% Increase in New Patient Referrals

Vivos Therapeutics announced that new OSA patient referrals flowing into its Nevada Sleep & Airway Medicine Centers have increased 212% over the most recent six-week period versus the prior six-week period. Since June 1, the total average weekly number of referrals has risen nearly five-fold and has continued to grow week over week. The company recently announced the grand opening on August 27 of its new 8,100 square feet sleep testing and treatment facility in Henderson, Nevada. The Henderson practice previously operated within a limited physical space, yet in two of the past three months, it recorded its highest total collections to date. The company expects revenue from its Henderson operations to grow further once the new facility becomes fully operational next week.

Vivos Therapeutics Opens New Clinic in Nevada, Expects Over $10M Annual Production

Vivos Therapeutics announced the official Grand Opening of its latest state-of-the-art diagnostic, testing, and treatment location in Henderson, Nevada. The company expects this new full-service center will more than double the annual production capacity in Henderson to more than $10M. At full capacity, the facility is expected to employ up to 30 personnel, including board certified medical doctors, specially trained dentists, nurse practitioners, and a full complement of clinical and support personnel as part of the company's Sleep Centers of Nevada network.
