EV Sales Revenue Up 20%, Q2 Deliveries Reach 70,085 Units
Total revenues were primarily comprised of revenue from EV sales. EV deliveries were 70,085 in the second quarter of 2026, representing an increase of 20% from first quarter of 2026 and 96% increase from the second quarter of 2025. International markets outside of Vietnam accounted for approximately 11% of total deliveries during the quarter. E-scooter and e-bike deliveries were 286,039 in the second quarter of 2026, representing a 100% increase from first quarter of 2026 and 311% increase from the second quarter of 2025. Vehicle sales were up 33.4% from the first quarter of 2026 and an increase of 92.7% from the second quarter of 2025. Revenue growth from the first quarter of 2026 and second quarter of 2025 was driven by an increase in EV sales volumes due to growth in the Vietnam market and contributions from overseas markets such as India, Indonesia and the Philippines.
VinFast Partners with NexMove to Launch Electric Buses
VinFast announced at the APTA 2026 TRANSform & EXPO in Chicago that they are bringing their electric bus models to the U.S. market through a partnership with NexMove Certified. Homologated buses are expected to begin delivering to U.S. customers in the first quarter of 2028. NexMove offers VinFast e-buses as a complete service, combining the e-bus, charging, maintenance and operations in a single agreement.

VinFast Officially Launches 2027 VF 8 in the U.S. Market
VinFast officially opens sales of the 2027 VF 8 to the U.S. market, featuring key upgrades in technology, safety, and equipment designed to deliver an even more refined driving experience. Starting in September 2026, the latest VF 8 will be on display and available for purchase at authorized VinFast dealerships in key U.S. markets, including Chicago, Orlando, and San Diego, giving customers the opportunity to test drive and experience the vehicle firsthand. The MY27 VF 8 will be offered in ECO and PLUS trims, starting at $40,400 and $45,600, respectively. VinFast and GSM Announce New Leadership Appointments
VinFast and GSM announced new leadership appointments, succeeding Pham Nhat Vuong and Pham Thu Huong in senior global leadership roles. Accordingly, Pham Nhat Quan Anh, currently Chairman of VinFast Global, will concurrently assume the position of CEO of VinFast Global, succeeding Pham Nhat Vuong, while also taking on the roles of Chairman and CEO of VinFast Vietnam. Nguyen Quoc Tuan will assume the position of Chairman of GSM Global, succeeding Pham Thu Huong, while Pham Nhat Minh Hoang will become CEO of GSM Global and concurrently CEO of GSM Vietnam. Prior to assuming the position of Chief Executive Officer of VinFast Global from Pham Nhat Vuong, Pham Nhat Quan Anh was appointed Chairman of VinFast Global in May 2026.
