The company announced that it has entered into a $200M accelerated share repurchase agreement under its previously announced $800M share repurchase authorization. The ASR is expected to be completed early in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Micron Completes Strategic Customer Agreements with Automotive Suppliers
Micron (MU) has completed strategic customer agreements, or SCAs, with suppliers and ecosystem partners supporting the global automotive industry and automotive manufacturers. Together, the companies - Qualcomm (QCOM), Visteon (VC), Harman, Joynext, Denso, Astemo and Hyundai Mobis - critical suppliers of the technologies that support the automotive ecosystem. These agreements are designed to support long-term access to advanced memory and storage solutions as the automotive industry shifts toward increasingly sophisticated AI-enabled vehicles. These agreements are among the SCAs discussed on Micron's fiscal third-quarter 2026 financial conference call.
