Unitil Reports Q2 Revenue of $117M
Reports Q2 revenue $117M vs. $102.6M last year. "The Company's solid results through the first six months of 2026 reflect the disciplined execution of our operating and strategic priorities, and our longstanding commitment to delivering safe, reliable, and affordable service to our customers," said Thomas P. Unitil Raises Quarterly Dividend to 47.5 Cents per Share
Unitil announced that its board of directors raised the quarterly dividend on the company's common stock to 47.5c per share, an increase of 2.5c per share. The dividend is payable February 27 to shareholders of record on February 12.

The deal priced below last closing price of $49.12. Wells Fargo and Scotiabank are acting as joint book running managers for the offering.
Unitil announces $65M common stock offering
Unitil Corporation announced a registered offering of $65M of shares of its common stock. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to (i) make equity capital contributions to its regulated utility subsidiaries, (ii) to repay indebtedness outstanding under its Second Amendment to Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated January 29, 2025 among the company, Bank of America, and the lenders named therein and (iii) for general corporate purposes. Wells Fargo Securities and Scotia Capital are acting as active bookrunners for the offering. Janney Montgomery Scott is acting as bookrunner for the offering.
