UDR Q2 Revenue $425.399M Exceeds Expectations

Reports Q2 revenue $425.399M, consensus $422.68M. "Leasing strength in 2026 is tracking ahead of our initial expectations, resulting in second quarter results that exceeded our prior guidance.
