SenesTech Reports Evolve Rat Control Pilot Results
SenesTech announced results from a pilot of Evolve Rat Birth Control in Chicago's Wicker Park Bucktown Special Service Area #33. Over a 12-month monitoring period, standardized tracking-tunnel surveys documented an 88% reduction in average rat activity intensity and an 82% reduction in the proportion of monitoring locations with detectable rat activity. The results follow the company's announcement of preliminary record Q3 revenue of about $1.1M, up 40% sequentially and 55% year-over-year, marking its first quarter exceeding $1M in revenue. Rodent-related 311 calls within the deployment area declined 36%, from 158 in the 12 months preceding deployment to 101 in the 12 months that followed, while citywide rodent-related 311 calls increased by less than 1% over the same period. Evolve has expanded to six Chicago-area Special Service Areas and wards.
SenesTech Achieves First $1M Revenue in Q3
Two estimates $797,000. Preliminary third quarter 2026 revenue was approximately $1.1M, representing approximately 40% growth compared with the second quarter of 2026 and approximately 55% growth compared with the third quarter of 2025. It was also the company's first quarter at or above the $1m revenue threshold, a key milestone. The company expects its definitive third quarter financial results to reflect continued momentum in e-commerce, including higher subscription revenue, which is expanding the recurring component of SenesTech's revenue base, as well as increasing traction in B2B. "Our preliminary third quarter revenue marks an important milestone for SenesTech, reaching the $1 million threshold for the first time and setting a second consecutive quarterly record," said Michael Edell, CEO of SenesTech. "This is another quarter demonstrating progress on the plans and strategies we have previously announced, and our full third quarter financial results are expected to reflect that progress across the commercial model we have been building. E-commerce continues to scale as a controllable, data-driven acquisition engine, our vertical-focused B2B organization is gaining traction, and higher subscription revenue is expanding our recurring revenue base and improving the quality and visibility of revenue. We still have work to do, but we believe this is a clear indication that we are on the right path. We continue to lay the foundation for a much larger company in the future by working to expand e-commerce and B2B significantly in a cost-effective manner. With many of the investments and transition costs incurred earlier in the year increasingly behind us, coupled with strong revenue growth and improved unit economics, we expect continued, improved metrics going forward," Edell concluded.
SenesTech Launches Evolve Products on Grove Collaborative
SenesTech announced that its Evolve family of rodent birth control products will soon be available through Grove Collaborative's online marketplace. The launch will expand consumer access to an innovative rodent control solution for environmentally conscious households. Evolve products incorporate naturally derived ingredients that meet the EPA's minimum risk criteria. The products are designed to help reduce rodent populations and can be used independently or as part of an integrated pest management program.
SenesTech Reduces Rodent Activity by 43% in Massachusetts
SenesTech announced that a six-month deployment of Evolve Rat as part of a comprehensive Integrated Pest Management program reduced measured rodent activity by 43% at a municipal facility in Swampscott, Massachusetts. "Communities across the country are recognizing that long-term rodent management requires more than simply reducing today's population," said Michael Edell, CEO of SenesTech. "When rodent birth control is combined with sanitation, habitat modification, and ongoing monitoring, municipalities can build more effective and sustainable rodent management programs. The Swampscott deployment demonstrates how Evolve Rat complements Integrated Pest Management strategies by helping reduce future population growth while supporting measurable improvements in rodent activity."
SenesTech's Online Subscription Customers More Than Doubled
SenesTech announced that its active online subscription customer base, comprising both direct-to-consumer, or DTC, and business-to-business, or B2B, customers, more than doubled during the Q2 compared to the Q1, reaching a record level. That expansion reinforces the Company's recurring revenue model while potentially increasing customer lifetime value and improving long-term revenue visibility. SenesTech's e-commerce business, which serves DTC and B2B customers placing one-time and subscription orders, grew 186% during the Q2 compared to the prior quarter. Subscriber growth was a meaningful contributor. The growth also reflects the Company's investments in Amazon, SenesTech.com and digital marketing, as well as the transition to direct management of its Amazon channel and Shopify platform. The Company's e-commerce channels are also a meaningful source of commercial demand.
