QCR Holdings Declares Cash Dividend of 15 Cents per Share
QCR Holdings announced that the company's board of directors declared a cash dividend of 15c per share payable on October 5 to stockholders of record on September 18. This dividend represents an increase from the prior quarterly dividend of 10c per share.

Noninterest expenses also outperformed our guidance. Together, these results produced meaningful operating leverage and demonstrated the strength of our diversified business model," said Todd Gipple, President and Chief Executive Officer.

"We are very pleased to have delivered record first quarter net income, representing 1.40% ROAA and 31% EPS growth compared to a year ago, in what is historically a softer quarter for capital markets revenue. Our strong first quarter results were highlighted by healthy loan and deposit growth, significantly lower noninterest expense, and modest margin expansion. These results underscore the continued progress we are making in strengthening profitability across our traditional banking and wealth management businesses. We also maintained excellent asset quality and generated meaningful growth in tangible book value per share while returning nearly $21 million to shareholders through opportunistic share repurchases. Additionally, we continued investing in our digital transformation as we build a more modern, scalable bank for our clients and employees," said Todd Gipple, president and CEO.

QCR Holdings announced the company's board of directors declared a cash dividend of 10c per share payable on April 3, to stockholders of record on March 19. This dividend represents an increase from the prior quarterly dividend of 6c per share. "Returning capital to shareholders remains an important component of our value-creation strategy," said Todd Gipple, president and CEO. "This increase demonstrates the durability of our business model and our commitment to delivering consistent, long-term value to our shareholders."
